Our delivery days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, between 11am and 4pm. We must have your voucher number and food parcel delivery request before 1pm on the day of delivery (12pm for Sheppey deliveries). Please allow enough time for your referral agency to issue your voucher code.

Your personal information is used to assess eligibility and provide food vouchers as well as for monitoring and statistical analysis. Your personal information is only seen by people who need to do so for food bank reasons. It not used for any other purpose. Information from your referral is accessible to food banks where you redeem your food voucher, any agencies that refer you and the food bank the agency is associated with. Other referral agencies with access to E-referral and food banks in our Network can see the dates when someone with your name and postcode has been to a food bank but they can’t see any more information; like your address or why you needed the food bank’s help. Your personal information is stored in a secure database owned and administered by the Trussell Trust, who are a separate data controller and use your data for statistical and monitoring purposes. Your data is kept for six years. Your personal data will never be sold to any other bodies.
